The franchise platform we developed for Derviş Usta - Master of Çiğköfte is a comprehensive digital solution that combines traditional çiğköfte flavor with modern franchise management. Growing with more than 30 branches, Derviş Usta needed a powerful B2B platform to effectively manage its franchise network, offer Anatolia's traditional flavor in a healthy and quality manner, provide comprehensive support to franchise owners, and integrate with online ordering platforms. The platform digitalizes the distribution of fresh çiğköfte prepared daily from the central production facility to franchise branches, order management, quality control, and all processes of franchise operations. The brand, operating with the slogan "Master of Çiğköfte," uses digital infrastructure to preserve the traditional recipe and offer standard flavor in all branches. The franchise application and evaluation system manages applications from new franchise candidates in a digital environment. Location analysis, demographic evaluation, investment capacity review, and business experience scoring are performed automatically. For approved franchise applications, opening processes, training programs, and initial stock planning are managed through the system. Daily order and production coordination accurately calculates each franchise branch's daily çiğköfte needs.
